Gabriel Pitt
Digital wellbeing is the foundation of my work: helping people stay in control of their lives with technology, at work and beyond.
I study digital practices and develop practical systems to live and work better with technology.
My approach connects attention, digital habits and human judgement as AI becomes part of more decisions.

Background
I advise organisations on digital work, attention and AI, from company strategy and change planning to individual support for teams and their leaders.
A speaker at events such as the EPFL Health Days, I lecture at HEIG-VD and contributed to EHL’s Psychological Well-being in Hospitality Report 2026.
I am the author of Be Present, co-creator of the documentary SCROLL – Reprenez le contrôle, broadcast on blue Sport, and founder of OFF/ON®.
