This policy covers gabrielpitt.com, contact enquiries, appointments and communications relating to Gabriel Pitt’s professional activities.

Data collected during an engagement, questionnaire or in the OFF/ON app is covered by specific information. This page does not replace that information or a data processing agreement with a client.
Data and purposes
Browsing: IP addresses, access dates and times, requested pages and browser technical information are used to deliver and secure the website and investigate incidents.
Contact and appointments: professional contact details and the content of your enquiry are used to respond, arrange a conversation and prepare a proposal. Avoid sending sensitive information or identifiable employee data unless necessary.
Client relationships: contact details, correspondence, quotes and invoices are used to manage engagements, perform contracts and meet legal obligations.
Communications: visiting the website or making an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If you voluntarily subscribe to communications, you can unsubscribe using the provided link or by email.
Where the GDPR or corresponding UK law applies, processing relies, depending on its purpose, on pre-contractual steps or contractual performance, legal obligations, proportionate legitimate interests — including responding to enquiries and securing the website — or consent where required.
External services and recipients
Access to personal data is limited to the people and providers who need it for the purposes described here. We do not sell your personal data. Disclosure may take place when legally required or to defend rights, to the extent necessary.

Calendly, LLC, United States: appointment links open Calendly. When you book, Calendly processes the contact details, availability and information you submit. Calendly privacy notice.
Google Fonts and YouTube: some pages load fonts or video thumbnail images from Google’s servers. Loading them transmits information including your IP address and technical data. Opening a YouTube video also brings YouTube’s rules into effect. Google privacy policy.
Spotify: Media pages contain an embedded Spotify player. Loading it transmits technical data to Spotify; using it is also subject to the rules of Spotify AB, Sweden. Spotify privacy policy.
Links to Amazon, social networks and other partner websites lead to separate services covered by their own policies.
Cookies and international processing
The current presentation pages and these legal pages do not contain an advertising tag or an audience measurement tool added by Gabriel Pitt. Third-party content, including embedded players, may use its own cookies and technologies.
Your browser settings let you restrict cookies and third-party content. External services also provide their own privacy choices. Blocking them may affect the display or operation of a player.
Infomaniak hosting is located in Switzerland. Calendly, Google and Spotify services may process data in the European Union and the United States, depending on the service. Their policies explain their transfers and safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We therefore do not describe all data as remaining exclusively in Switzerland or Europe.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose: handling and following up an enquiry, performing a contract, meeting legal obligations, or establishing, exercising and defending rights. Data that no longer meets these criteria is deleted or anonymised.
Technical logs follow the hosting service’s retention cycle for operation, security and incident analysis. Client records are retained during the engagement and subsequently in accordance with legal duties and applicable time limits. Accounting records subject to the Swiss retention requirement are kept for ten years.
For communications you have subscribed to, processing continues until you unsubscribe. Limited information may then be retained to respect your objection and demonstrate that your request was handled.
Access is restricted to authorised people and appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied. No system can guarantee absolute security. Engagement data follows the retention arrangements communicated to participants and agreed with the client.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law and its conditions, you may request access, correction or deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Search indexing and updates
